Why hello dear readers
A bit of a dramatic title I know but bear with me. As I’ve mentioned lately all has been good with the Crohn’s; I am in remission still. I am feeling healthy and happy in my lifestyle. My weight is the heaviest its ever been (mainly muscle I hasten to add!) and people are telling me that I am looking in good shape which given other points in my life is an absolute gem to hear. Why hello dear readers!
Me again! I feel terrible that its been so long since I have uploaded anything here. In truth life has been so full on and hectic over the last few weeks that I’ve not had the time to sit down and write anything. Poor excuse I know; do forgive me and allow me to share with you the manic life of Tom lately.

As some of you may have seen on my Facebook page I have plans afoot to host a charity evening based here in Braintree, Essex to raise awareness and some money for Crohn’s and Colitis UK, the UK’s leading charity for IBD’s (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) such as Crohn’s and Colitis. As well as providing funding for life changing research projects they help to support people living with these conditions. Continue reading
