1. Accept the things you can’t change. If you can and want to change them, DO IT! πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ
2. Let go of the people who are holding you back. If you consider them, you already know who these people are. πŸ™„
3. Blast your favorite upbeat song and dance it out (or sing at the top of your lungs)! πŸ’ƒπŸ½
4. Go for a run or walk. A nice, long stroll. Go until you feel good; at the very least you’ll be tired enough that feelings will seem less major. πŸƒπŸ½
5. Contact someone you love. Just hearing from them can make your day better.πŸ“±
6. Smile at a stranger. It’ll make you both smile. πŸ˜„
