Well that was a nice surprise! In yesterdays post I spoke about the beginnings of a stomach ache, which used to be a very regular occurrence. Previously they lasted for several hours before showing signs of easing, often getting worse before getting better. Working my timings out: the other nights one started at around midnight, so I was expecting it to carry on until late morning, lunch time. Easily. However I was wrong in my predictions; not only was this the first stomach ache in a bloomin long time, it was the shortest. I posted that last article at around 1:15 am. By 2 am the stomach was easing up, and I was actually able to get back to sleep. I was (pleasantly) surprised. Very surprised.
Just to clarify, my definition of a “stomach ache” is pretty different to a lot of peoples stomach aches. When I am referring to these stomach aches, I am talking about a beast that has me barely able to walk, that has me leaning against whatever is around, clawing at my stomach, if not in a ball on the floor. When my friends see this for the first time (doesn’t happen often; I tend to hide when I feel this coming on), they get quite worried. I can’t even talk sometimes as the pain is that intense. Fortunately however, this time was much shorter.
Thanks for reading.

It’s great to read about Aloe Gel making a difference for you. I am a distributor but can’t persuade my brother with Crohns to try the Gel!

Thanks for the comment SiliconBullet – feel free to share my article if you think my story will help! Have also started distributing for Forever Living as their products have had a real positive impact on my day to day life. I will put another article online with more information on the drinking gel when I can get around to it.

I take the Gel for my Rheumatoid Arthritis. Both being anti -inflammatory diseases I am sure they are related in some way (especially as my brother has Crohns as I said. Good Luck being a distributor.
